CHAIRMAN, Rungta Group of Institutions
The wise words of my father still echo in my head even after all these years. He said, "An educated society is a civilized society. Its people will never face adversity. They will always find a way to not just survive but thrive”. I therefore decided that not only will I be well educated but will ensure that quality education is provided to the people of Chhattisgarh so that they too thrive and break away from the shackles of ignorance.
Rungta Group of Colleges is homage to my father and my tribute to the society.
College is a time of extraordinary freedom and a time of new social experiences and challenges in the midst of the academic challenges. Deciding where to go to college is a big decision and you need to consider all your options. There are many reasons to choose Rungta College of Dental Sciences and Research as your education destination. At Rungta we lay more emphasis on a well-rounded experience. In health, the best-prepared professionals are those who constantly update their knowledge and look for opportunities to learn from others and share our best practices. The Faculty of Dentistry at Rungta College of Dental Sciences & Research Bhilai, Chhattisgarh stands as one of the premier health education centre attracting outstanding talents and forming the future leaders in a wide array of health science disciplines as part of our undergraduate & postgraduate programs.
As Vice-Dean, Academics, it is my role to ensure that our curricula, accreditation, learning outcomes and teaching activities are maintained to the highest standards in all programs. Our goal is to be a hub for innovative, brilliant minds that share our faculty's values of integrity, inclusion, compassion, excellence and passion for knowledge in their practice and their teachings.
I look forward to working together with learners, academics, clinicians, researchers and partner faculties and institutions to continue on a path of enhancement of our education, developing unique skills, new approaches and forward-thinking ventures with an ultimate goal of better serving our communities.
